This Morning a Metis blog site,indicated that the issue of Bill-C---31--- metis..... is brought to the attention of the metis once again......by mmf/inc Mandarins.......for possible inclusion within the ranks of the mmf/inc......well folks i have to say.... i dont see that they have any choice but to include them ....or they are a contradiction of their own doctrine....the mmf/inc embraces the concept of the HISTORIC METIS NATION....which most of bill--31--- indians can claim ANCESTRY TOO...!!!!!....

Yes folks there is a need for dialogue.....there are to many important issues for metis people to be bystanders in all this .....everyone is shouting about their pet peeve...now if we had a forum where civil Dialogue could take place the metis would become Knowlegeable about the important METIS issues .......i would participate in this forum on specific issues like the question Of a Metis State..Metis Nationhood,,,Metis Sovereignity....The Aboriginalization of the metis..we are not an informed people...at this time in our History we need to be confronting the future with the best Metis minds in our Nation.....!!!!!..

people ------In my mind poverty was always been associated with hunger!!...
and in my mind i always wondered why poverty exists in Canada.? ? ? ?
I am interested in the root cause of this condition.!!!!!!in my mind POVERTY is what i see in third World Countries,and the abject CONDITIONS the pictures portray.....

And the DEFINING CHARACTERISTICS OF THE METIS ARE NOT YET DEFINED!!!!!!
That will have to be done on a community by community basis....the distinctiveness of each community is paramount!!!.......the growth of metis NATIONHOOD ....MUST be from that corner before the metis nation can be a metis nation....

The Expected Decision...by the court of Queens Bench...On the Case ..mmf/inc--vs Canada/Manitoba....what will be interesting... will be the reaction by metis people !!!!!!!
My main interest will be On the Individual metis...as opposed the collective.....where i come down on the side of Individual metis rights ...no one will dispute that the metis as a Nation of people made this possible by demanding their rights.......what is at dispute is mmf /inc assertion that they, and they alone, represent the metis community.....my personal dispute with them is that the metis made this decision in --1870----As a PEOPLE,and not as a ABORIGINAL PEOPLE.....or a collective.... This decision will have unintented consequences for all
Manitobans/Canadians....some pleasant...some unpleasant!!!!!!what ever the ruling i look forward having the opportunity to suggest the new way for the metis people here in Manitoba.....!!!!!
