Well...it is the considered opinion...of this writer.....that the main metis nation culture ,covering the First Era...1800--1885....provided the basis for our metis culture........
Secondly the period 1885--1900---provided a closed continuing of said culture..thirdly...the period 1900 to 1960 provided a cautious advance (education being a factor)plus the movement
to cities......... Fourthly......the period1960----1970.........the leap to metis thinking begins .....and limited action developes........fifth period.......1970------1995----period establishes
metis compliance......sixth period....1995-----2006---period fully establish the metis sub-cultures.....Spiraling downward......to the sub cultures we have to-day....In Manitoba the mmf inc----which is the dominant domineering force.......have created this sub culture which is built on the EGOS.....of the dominant Male......the main ingredient of this sub culture is Flashy displays..

government policy beginning in the 60s .....

well,to most people it will be a shock,but the government of canada policy,since the early sixties..... was to fund native groups..eg(indian,inuit,and disavantaged groups)meaning metis,halfbreeds,etc.......their rational......

we can`t have angry people in canada....exposeing our practises to the world.....they might expose our discriminatory policy too....... although well deserved.....(in their opinion)the decision
then was to carry on with the policy of creating a whole peoples dependancy on government....with small cash advances...it will not be difficult to corrupt them!!!!!!!....after all we don`t know what they might do!!!!!!! they might even declare sovereignty!!!!!or something else??????

enough ....they will believe it... and so should their members........yesterday the press release said in part.....THE METIS PEOPLE HAVE SENT A CLEAR MESSAGE.........as i indicated before i have not left manitoba....and i don`t recall any clear message sent by the metis people....in fact what is alarming...is that their is no message at all.....and until a metis peoples assembly is convened to set up a metis government !!!!!nothing will suffice until that takes place......

......to-day july 10 th 2006...the mmf inc through its press secretary... announced in parts, that the metis nation citizens made a commitment to the metis nation....by electing david chartrand its leader and that it was a triumph for the metis community.......!!!!!!!!!!!!and that they will meet all the needs of metis people.........well folks....i have not left manitoba in the last while.....i do not recall any such election for the metis nation........there was a recent election for the mmf inc (a non-profit corp)surely they are not trying to past that mothly group off as the representative of the metis nation......

THE ILLEGAL SAGA OF THE METIS NATION IN MANITOBA

well folks.....the pretenders to the metis throne...are waiting for the court to decide whether they hold the reins to all the buffalos stampeding across the praries....... i hear mr chartrand declared last week that he would ride on his donkey all the way to OTTAWA...somewhere out there in the east.....should the judge lose his senses and award..D.C.. & co....only 10 billion and seven cents............
while back here in winnipeg.....i am hoping!!!! no not praying!!!!! that the judge won`t be angry at his mother in-law that day then take it out on us innocent folks.... i hear roland penner out there in the hallways of the u of m.....contemplating his role as commissioner of the metis land commission.....after all he helped to create this mess...when he was top legal dog here in manitoba...
now where does this leave us???????????sitting on the edges of our chairs...waiting for this bloody world cup of soccer to end so we will know which road will be closed......don`t worry folks i will be back here watching all the macinations of all the players.... i hope someone will be watching me!!!!!!....i think i am the most interesting... ;) :) :) :)

through the reenactment of the Script commission.....as if this event ,was an event....of a great day for the metis...the day they hoodwinked the metis AGAIN! ! ! .i would hate to find a sad day...............and sadder still is to find metis people going along with this mockery!!!!!!!!!!!....the metis fight has been bought off. well folks it should be clear to the mmf.inc....the results according to derryls blog site is as follows
david chartrand 4,244 votes---yvon dumont 2,550 votes---for a grand total of 6,794 votes......

now tell me how can this mmf inc claim to represent all metis in manitoba!!!!....only 4,244 agree with the policies of the board of directors.....2,550...members oppose them........

my point here is they cannot represent the metis in court on the land claim` s.....so i am advising the attys generals of canada,manitoba......and the court of queens bench to take note of this irregularity,and false misrepresentation....and dismiss this case.......until the metis nation elects a leader with the authority from the metis people...to negotiate with the elected federal and provincial govts ......bon......

lets be clear about who this creature is(mmf inc)... its a non-profit corporation who has a membership......it can claim some right to represent......... its members...and thats all......now the METIS NATION as not yet decided who its leaders are ......it has not held an election to determine who its leader will be..... all the creature.... mmf inc did was elect a president and board to represent its members...they have no mandate beyond that..no government or court of law in canada/manitoba...... can give them that right...except the metis themselves......they have not done that to date.........so lets have a vote on a metis leader who will lead us towards nationhood.......!!!!!!!!!
