hello folks....

Well now what exactly do i mean by this title>>>!!!!! let me concentrate on the manitoba country.....over the last 40 years the move to bigger is better and more manageable... bigger school divisions,biggers cities...redistribution of any thing that move s....folks some of these moves might.be ok....and some are not working which ones are they?????recently the matter of law enforcement.the courts,and the application thereof comes into play......i am told by supposedly reliable sources that the metis population incarcerated is 33% of the aboriginal population statistics...6% of the inuit population,And a whopping.60 %for the indians ...now my thinking here is that part of the reason is the concentration in winnipeg to handle every case dealing with judgement...well its not working!!!!!so the answer lies with the people themselves Every indian,Metis and inuit community take over the administration of justice within their own community,Now if the powers that be barricade this move i would suggest that the afore mention become proffessional criminals...its seems that the present system cannot deal with them!!!!
